Larry Starr, Sarasota: The restaurant opened originally in 2009, with a focus on mainly light lunch and snack food. When Resort Vacation Accommodations purchased the resort in 2012, Hal Christensen became Managing Partner. Extremely well-respected in the local food scene, Hal has brought the Cedars Café and Tiki Bar to a whole new level.
