Since 2006, the engineering industry innovator has been active in pet causes, serving as an animal rescue volunteer both in Illinois and in Missouri. In 2005, Donald Leon Farrow began serving as a volunteer with United Way, an organization that supports multiple charities in the community. Donald Leon Farrow has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2006, serving on the board of directors during his time in Illinois. Today, Farrow furthers his commitment to the community by advocating foster care in Missouri. While working at Philip Morris USA, Donald Leon Farrow was selected to serve on the company’s grant making committee, a position that was coveted by hundreds of employees. Currently, Donald Leon Farrow is working as director of engineering at American Italian Pasta Company in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, where he organizes plant events in collaboration with the senior sales, marketing, and research and development teams.
