Water Therapy as a Benefit to Overall Well-being

Internal blog 1 (1)Water is known to be essential for overall health and well-being since it is a necessary element for the entire body. Without water, the bloodstream doesn’t work sufficiently and organs fail. In addition to being a thirst quencher, water purifies organs and removes negative energy. Frequent swimming and showering gets rid of stress and relaxes muscle and nerves.

Japanese water therapy has been around for hundreds of years. This traditional therapy suggests drinking water just after waking up because of its natural health benefits. Scientific research has proven the effectiveness of this habit. Water therapy is considered a natural remedy in treating diabetes, meningitis, headaches, arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, epilepsy, heart problems, fat in the blood, diarrhea, kidney diseases and urinary pathways, vomiting, hemorrhoids, constipation, eye disease, uterus and menstrual disorders, and ear, nose and throat issues.

How does it work?

According to Japanese water therapy practitioners, water treatment needs to be conducted on a daily basis. After waking up and before brushing teeth, drink four to six cups of water (around 5 1/2 ounces each). After that, it is not recommended to eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. After that period it is recommended to eat breakfast and then to stop eating for the next two hours. It is also recommended to drink warm water rather than cold water, since cold water slows digestion.

Water thoroughly cleans the body inside and outside. It helps the colon function more effectively by forming new fresh blood. If the colon is cleansed, then nutrients taken throughout the day will be better absorbed. This is the reason why water therapy should be added to a daily routine.

Japanese water therapy does not have any negative effects and is wonderfully beneficial to overall well-being.
