Brazil is perhaps best known for its art, according to a spokesperson from Kummetz Corporation. The main art style in Brazil from the early 1600s until the early 1800s was Baroque, which featured art with heavy religious themes and/or dramatic paintings with heavy illumination of something in the shadows. Rembrandt’s The Rich Old Man from the Parable is an example of Baroque art, says the spokesperson from Kummetz Corporation.
Dance is also a popular art form appreciated by many Brazilian culture lovers. According to Kummetz Corporation, the Samba came from Brazil, as did popular Brazilian dances like the Congada, which is danced in honor of Saint Benedict and the Recife’s popular Frevo. Samba music is also a large part of Brazilian Culture, the Kummetz Corporation spokesperson describes, so popular throughout the world that it is among one of the most recognizable cultural emblems of Brazil. As with much of Brazilian culture, Samba music and dance has roots in African music and dance.
But according to management at Kummetz Corporation, there is so much more to Brazilian culture of which most of the world is still unaware.
